Operating Principles


Optimum IT Management, Inc., was incorporated in the State of Georgia in 2008.  The company was founded by John M. Graham, our President.  John retired in 2007 from the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, where he served as Executive Director of Enterprise Application Systems, Office of Information & Instructional Technology.  The Board of Regents oversees the 35 public colleges and universities of the University System of Georgia.    John has also worked for different IT consulting firms, both as an employee and also in the capacity of an independent consultant.


OITM provides services to our customers by utilizing strong analytical, organizational, and management skills from John’s extensive experience and career in the industry, and also by utilizing a close network of trusted business associates with whom we have a long history.
