Optimum IT Management provides a variety of services, primarily to higher education and agencies of state government. These services are largely based on process improvement disciplines described in the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM).Other process disciplines employed include those of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Models (SEI/CMM).
