Optimum IT Management (OITM) offers a service product we call CIO Advisory Services. CIO Advisory Services consist of, but are not limited to, the following management services:

• Program and Project Management
• IT Service Management

The service is largely based on ITIL and ITSM and is customer and service-centric rather than technology-centric.

Getting the technology right at the infrastructure and application layers is an important part of our service, but the heart of our product is centered on business alignment, is customer and service focused, and achieves measurable economy through improved efficiency.
